Розробка технологічного процесу механічної обробки півосі КПВ2010-22

Abstract

Робота включає в себе технологічну, конструкторську, частини, а також питання охорони праці. В технологічній частині проекту подані матеріали та розрахунки, пов’язані з описом та відпрацюванням виробу на технологічність, розробкою маршрутної та операційної технології оброблювання, вибором методу виготовлення заготовки, розрахунком режимів різання та нормуванням робіт. В конструкторській частині проекту наведені описи та розрахунки розробленої технологічної оснастки та контрольного приладу. Питання, пов’язані з нормуванням і розрахунком основних виробничих факторів, що забезпечують безпечну роботу цеху, засобами пожежної безпеки, викладені в розділі охорони праці.

The work includes technological, design, parts, as well as labor protection issues. In the technological part of the project, materials and calculations related to the description and development of the product for manufacturability, the development of route and operational technology of processing, the choice of the method of manufacturing the workpiece, the calculation of cutting modes and the normalization of work are presented. The design part of the project contains descriptions and calculations of the developed technological equipment and control device. Questions related to the rationing and calculation of the main production factors that ensure the safe operation of the shop, fire safety means, are outlined in the section on labor protection.
