Дослідження автомату АЛУР-3500 фасування йогурту з аналізом дозатора

Abstract

У технологічній частині роботи бакалавра подана характеристика йогурту як продукту, що пакується, а також здійснено вибір типу матеріалу споживчої і транспортної паковання, спроектована споживча і транспортна тара, обґрунтований об'єм паковання та її конструкція, допоміжні пакувальні засоби, проведено розробку ескізів етикеток та схем маркування, умов штабелювання ящиків при зберіганні та перевезенні. В технічній частині проведено опис машини для фасування в’язких продуктів АЛЮР-3500 та обґрунтована пневматична схема, проведено розрахунок продуктивності, удосконалено конструкції механізму видачі стаканчиків, подано його складальне креслення та проведено розрахунок основних виконавчих механізмів. В експлуатаційні частині представлений монтаж, ремонт і умови експлуатації машини, особливості експлуатації вузла, проведено загальні розрахунки і опис транспортно – складської системи дільниці. В розділі охорона праці розглянуті основні питання з аналізу виробництва, охорони навколишнього середовища, пожежної безпеки дільниці фасування йогурту.

In the technological part of the bachelor's thesis, the characteristics of yogurt as a packaged product are presented, as well as the type of material for consumer and transport packaging is selected, consumer and transport packaging is designed, the volume of packaging and its design are justified, auxiliary packaging means are developed, sketches of labels and marking schemes are developed, conditions for stacking boxes during storage and transportation are explained. In the technical part, a description of the machine for packing viscous products ALYUR-3500 and a justified pneumatic scheme are provided, a calculation of productivity is performed, the design of the cup dispensing mechanism is improved, its assembly drawing is provided and the calculation of the main actuators is performed. In the operational part, installation, repair and operating conditions of the machine are presented, features of the operation of the unit are presented, general calculations and a description of the transport and warehouse system of the site are performed. The occupational health and safety section discusses the main issues of analyzing production, environmental protection, and fire safety of the yogurt packaging area.
