Проектування дільниці з розробкою технологічного процесу механічної обробки фланця 110.638

Abstract

У роботі вирішено комплекс технологічно-конструкторських завдань для виготовлення фланця 110.638 в умовах багатосерійного виробництва а саме: визначені тип виробництва і форма організації робіт, проведено аналіз конструкції деталі на технологічність, вибрано спосіб виготовлення заготовки, спроектовано маршрут механічної обробки фланця 110.638 з розробкою змісту операцій, проектуванням технологічного оснащення та інструментів. Зроблено планування та розраховані основні техніко-економічні показники дільниці для обробки фланця 110.638.

The work solved a complex of technological and design tasks for the manufacture of flange 110.638 in conditions of multi-series production, namely: the type of production and the form of organization of work were determined, the analysis of the design of the part for manufacturability was carried out, the method of manufacturing the workpiece was selected, the route of mechanical processing of the flange 110.638 was designed with the development of the content of operations, designing technological equipment and tools. The main technical and economic indicators of the section for the processing of flange 110.638 have been planned and calculated.
