Особистісні детермінанти формування стилю педагогічного спілкування у майбутніх психологів

Abstract

У роботі досліджено: у першому розділі здійснений теоретичний аналіз проблеми стилю педагогічного спілкування, зокрема розкрито сутність поняття педагогічного спілкування та його стилів; досліджено специфіку формування педагогічної спрямованості у майбутніх психологів; визначено систему особистісних детермінант стилю педагогічного спілкування, зокрема риси особистості, емпатія та комунікативно-лідерський потенціал.The paper examines: in the first chapter, a theoretical analysis of the problem of pedagogical communication style is carried out; in particular, the essence of the concept of pedagogical communication and its styles is revealed; the specifics of the formation of pedagogical orientation in future psychologists are investigated; the system of personal determinants of pedagogical communication style is defined, including personality traits, empathy, and communicative-leadership potential.
