Abstract

В технологічній частині роботи дана характеристика продукту, що пакується, а також здійснено вибір типу матеріалу споживчої і транспортної упаковки, спроектована споживча і транспортна тара, обґрунтований об'єм упаковки та її конструкція, допоміжні пакувальні засоби, схем маркування, умов штабелювання ящиків при зберіганні та перевезенні. В технічній частині проведено опис машини для нанесення клею при етикетуванні та обґрунтовані її кінематична схема, проведено розрахунок продуктивності. В експлуатаційні частині представлений монтаж, ремонт і умови експлуатації машини, особливості експлуатації вузла, проведено загальні розрахунки і опис транспортно – складської системи дільниці В графічній частині подано розробку конструкції споживчої і транспортної тари – розгортки та формоутворення упаковок, їх об'ємний, приведений загальний вигляд і кінематична схема етикетувальної машини, складальне креслення транспортера для подачі тари та самого клеєного механізму.In the technological part of the work, the characteristics of the packaged product are given, as well as the choice of the type of material for consumer and transport packaging, designed consumer and transport packaging, justified volume of packaging and its construction, auxiliary packaging materials, marking schemes, conditions for stacking boxes during storage and transportation In the technical part, the description of the machine for applying glue during labeling and its kinematic scheme are substantiated, and the productivity calculation is carried out. The operational part presents the installation, repair and operating conditions of the machine, features of the unit operation, general calculations and a description of the transport and storage system of the site The graphic part presents the development of thedesign of consumer and transport containers - the scanning and forming of packages, their three dimensional view, the general view and kinematic diagram of the labeling machine, the assembly drawing of the conveyor for feeding the containers and the glued mechanism itself.
