У роботі розроблено технологічний процес механічної обробки столу 6520ФЗ-36.21.00.016. В кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра встановлено тип та організаційну форму виробництва. Відпрацювано деталь на технологічність. Вибрано спосіб отримання заготовки, економічно обґрунтувано. Вибрано метод обробки поверхонь. Проведено розрахункове обґрунтування баз. Визначено допуски, припуски і операційні розміри. Проведено розрахунок режимів різання, вибір обладнання та оснащення. Проведено нормування технологічного процесу. Спроектовано пристрій для фрезерування площин. Вибрано і обґрунтувано принципу дії, структурні схеми. Проведено силовий розрахунок параметрів приводу. Проведено розрахунок на точність. Дано загальний опис конструкції, принцип дії. Спроектовано пристрій агрегатний, який призначений для оброблення пазу та різцевих отворів на операції 065. Спроектовано пристрій для контролю паралельності напрямних. Спроектовано механічну дільницю для обробки столу 6520ФЗ-36.21.00.016. Розраховано виробничої площі дільниці. Розроблено технологічне планування дільниці. В розділі охорона праці розглянуто санітарно-гігієнічна характеристика умов праці на дільниці цеху. Проведено розрахунок штучного освітлення дільниці. Розглянуто пожежну характеристику виробничої будівлі.
