Проектування дільниці з розробкою технологічного процесу механічної обробки обойми ЯЕ.ЛЦ.1102.000

Abstract

У роботі розроблено технологічний процес виготовлення деталі типу обойма. Здійснено аналіз вибору заготовки, визначено доцільний тип виробництва та організаційну форму. Проведено розрахунок основного технологічного часу та штучно-калькуляційного часу для кожної операції. Визначено необхідну кількість технологічного обладнання для забезпечення заданого обсягу виробництва. Також виконано аналіз технологічності конструкції оброблюваної деталі та обґрунтовано вибір матеріалу з високими показниками зносостійкості та твердості. Встановлено допуски на технологічні розміри та проведено розрахунок припусків на механічну обробку. Спроєктоване технологічне оснащення забезпечує надійне базування та закріплення деталі з урахуванням вимог жорсткості в процесі обробки. Використання механізованих пристроїв дозволяє підвищити продуктивність та покращити умови праці оператора.

The work developed a technological process for manufacturing a part of the type of holder. An analysis and feasibility study of the choice of workpiece were carried out, an appropriate type of production and organizational form were determined. The calculation of the main technological time and piece-rate time for each operation was carried out. The required amount of technological equipment was determined to ensure a given production volume. The analysis of the manufacturability of the design of the processed part was also carried out and the choice of material with high wear resistance and hardness indicators was justified. Tolerances for technological dimensions were established and allowances for mechanical processing were calculated. The designed technological equipment provides reliable basing and fixing of the part, taking into account the rigidity requirements during the processing process. The use of mechanized devices allows to increase productivity and improve the working conditions of the operator
