Проектування дільниці з розробкою технологічного процесу механічної обробки деталі сухар 00.050

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра розроблено технологічний процес механічної обробки деталі сухар 00.050. У загальній частині проаналізовано службове призначення деталі та технічні умови її виготовлення. Проведено обґрунтування вибору методу отримання заготовки та способу обробки поверхонь. У технологічній частині виконано аналіз технологічності конструкції, визначено бази, допуски, технологічні розміри та розраховано припуски на обробку. Розроблено режими різання, підібрано необхідне обладнання та технологічне оснащення. У конструкторській частині спроектовано верстатний пристрій, пристрій для контролю геометричних параметрів, а також розроблено план механічної дільниці. Розраховано основні техніко-економічні показники виробництва. У розділі «Охорона праці» проаналізовано санітарно-гігієнічні умови на дільниці та розглянуто засоби, що забезпечують безпечні та комфортні умови праці на проектованій дільниці.In the bachelor's qualification work, a technological process for mechanical processing of a 00.050 crumb part was developed. In the general part, the service purpose of the part and the technical conditions of its manufacture were analyzed. The choice of the method of obtaining the workpiece and the method of surface treatment was justified. In the technological part, an analysis of the manufacturability of the structure was performed, bases, tolerances, technological dimensions were determined and allowances for processing were calculated. Cutting modes were developed, the necessary equipment and technological equipment were selected. In the design part, a machine tool device was designed, a device for controlling geometric parameters, and a plan for a mechanical section was developed. The main technical and economic indicators of production were calculated. In the section "Occupational safety" the sanitary and hygienic conditions at the section were analyzed and means were considered that ensure safe and comfortable working conditions at the designed section.
