Abstract

У роботі вирішено комплекс технологічно-конструкторських завдань для виготовлення корпусу редуктора 00.026.А2.23 в умовах багатосерійного виробництва а саме: визначені тип виробництва і форма організації робіт, проведено аналіз конструкції деталі на технологічність, вибрано спосіб виготовлення заготовки, спроектовано маршрут механічної обробки корпусу редуктора 00.026.А2.23 з розробкою змісту операцій, проектуванням технологічного оснащення та інструментів. Зроблено планування та розраховані основні техніко-економічні показники дільниці для обробки корпусу редуктора 00.026.А2.23. Об’єкт дослідження – корпус редуктора 00.026.А2.23. Предмет дослідження – технологічний процес механічної обробки корпусу редуктора 00.026.А2.23

In the work, a set of technological and design tasks for the manufacture of the gearbox housing 00.026.A2.23 in the conditions of multi-series production was solved, namely: the type of production and the form of work organization were determined, the analysis of the design of the part for manufacturability was carried out, the method of manufacturing the workpiece was selected, the route of mechanical processing of the gearbox housing was designed 00.026.A2.23 with the development of the content of operations, the design of technological equipment and tools. The planning and main technical and economic indicators of the area for processing the gearbox housing 00.026.A2.23 have been calculated. The object of research is the gearbox housing 00.026.A2.23. The subject of the study is the technological process of mechanical processing of the gearbox housing 00.026.A2.23.
