Проектування дільниці з розробкою технологічного процесу механічної обробки корпусу насоса 00.031

Abstract

У роботі розроблено технологічний процес механічної обробки корпусу насоса 00.031. У загальній частині проведено аналіз службового призначення корпусу, технічних умов виготовлення, а також виконано розрахунок методу отримання заготовки і вибір способу обробки поверхонь. Технологічна частина містить аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі, вибір технологічних баз, визначення допусків і технологічних розмірів, а також розрахунок припусків. Проведено розрахунок режимів різання, обрано необхідне обладнання та технологічне оснащення. У конструкторській частині спроектовано верстатний пристрій та пристрій для контролю якості, а також розроблено механічну дільницю із розрахунком основних техніко-економічних показників виробництва. У розділі «Охорона праці» запропоновано конструктивні та організаційні заходи для зниження рівня шуму і вібрації, а також розглянуто заходи пожежної безпеки. In the general part, an analysis of the service purpose of the housing, technical conditions of manufacture, and a calculation of the method of obtaining the workpiece and the choice of the method of surface treatment were performed. The technological part contains an analysis of the manufacturability of the design of the part, selection of technological bases, determination of tolerances and technological dimensions, and calculation of allowances. The cutting modes were calculated, the necessary equipment and technological equipment were selected. In the design part, a machine tool and a device for quality control were designed, and a mechanical section was developed with the calculation of the main technical and economic indicators of production. In the section "Occupational safety" constructive and organizational measures to reduce noise and vibration levels were proposed, and fire safety measures were also considered.
