Оптимізація режимів різання для токарної обробки деталей

Abstract

У роботі проведено дослідження з вирішення проблеми підвищення ефективності обробки шляхом оптимізації вибору геометричних параметрів різального інструменту та режимів різання токарної обробки деталі типу «вал». Для цього зроблено інформаційно-аналітичне дослідження існуючих методів оптимізації технологічних параметрів для токарної обробки; технологічні розрахунки і оптимізація технологічного маршруту деталі «вал шліцьовий» як деталі-представника; запропоновано вирішення оптимізаційної задачі визначення раціональних режимів різання для точіння з дослідженням параметрів процесу різання за обліком обмежень для токарної обробки; дано техніко-економічне обґрунтування технологічних і конструкторських рішень.

In the work, a study was carried out to solve the problem of increasing the processing efficiency by optimizing the selection of the geometric parameters of the cutting tool and the cutting modes of the turning processing of the "shaft" type part. For this, an information-analytical study of existing methods of optimizing technological parameters for turning processing was carried out; technological calculations and optimization of the technological route of the splined shaft part as a representative part; a solution to the optimization problem of determining rational cutting modes for turning with the study of the parameters of the cutting process taking into account the limitations for turning processing is proposed; technical and economic justification of technological and design solutions is given.
