Дослідження та розробка конструкції токарного верстата мод. 1И611П для обробки деталей з гранчастими поверхнями

Abstract

Об'єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є токарно–гвинторізний верстат, як складна технічна система. Предмет дослідження – конструктивні елементи верстату та його компоновочні схеми. Метою роботи є оцінка стану розвитку способів та засобів обробки внутрішніх полігональних поверхонь та розробка обладнання для її здійснення. В кваліфікаційній роботі проведено аналіз області використання профільних з’єднань; здійснено аналіз способів обробки деталі «Вал» з подальшою розробкою технологічного процесу; розроблено компоновки верстата, які дозволяють проводити обробку даної деталі; виконано розробку основних виконавчих вузлів верстата; розроблено конструкцію пристосування для обробки шестигранного отвору на вибраному верстаті; проведено організаційно-економічні розрахунки стосовно запропонованої конструкції верстата.

The object of research of the qualification work is a lathe-screw-cutting machine, as a complex technical system. The subject of the study is the structural elements of the machine and its layout diagrams. The purpose of the work is to assess the state of development of methods and means of processing internal polygonal surfaces and to develop equipment for its implementation. In the qualification work, an analysis of the area of use of profile connections was carried out; an analysis of methods of processing the "Shaft" part was carried out with further development of the technological process; machine layouts have been developed that allow the processing of this part; the development of the main executive units of the machine has been completed; the design of the device for processing the hexagonal hole on the selected machine was developed; to carry out organizational and economic calculations regarding the proposed design of the machine.
