Педагогічні аспекти запобігання і розв’язання конфліктів в освітньому середовищі закладу вищої освіти

Abstract

У роботі досліджено: у першому розділі здійснено теоретичний аналіз наукової літератури з проблеми дослідження; проаналізовано основні визначення поняття «конфлікт» та «педагогічний конфлікт», їх особливості, види та причини їх виникнення в освітньому середовищі закладу вищої освіти. У другому розділі висвітлено основні заходи щодо запобігання виникнення конфліктів та шляхи розв’язання конфліктів у закладі вищої освіти. Здійснено емпіричне дослідження щодо виявлення проблеми запобігання та розв’язання конфліктів в освітньому середовищі закладу вищої освіти. Результати дослідження було представлено у третьому розділі.The paper investigates: in the first section carried out a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the problem of research; the basic definitions of the concept of "conflict" and "pedagogical conflict," their features, types and causes of their occurrence in the educational environment of a higher education institution are analyzed. The second section highlights the main measures to prevent conflicts and ways to resolve conflicts in higher education institution. An empirical study was carried out to identify the problem of conflict prevention and resolution in the educational environment of higher education institutions. The results of the study were presented in the third section.
