Проектування технологічного процесу механічного оброблення ступиці переднього колеса боліду «Формула студент»

Abstract

Робота присвячена вдосконаленню технологічного процесу механічного оброблення ступиці переднього колеса боліду «Формула студент». Проведено аналіз типового техпроцесу деталі ступиця від Део Ланос, на основі якого розроблено альтернативний варіант технологічного процесу з використанням сучасного металообробного обладнання передових світових виробників. Підібрано оптимальний метод отримання заготовки, запропоновано способи обробки поверхонь виробу з визначенням припусків. Спроектовано верстатне пристосування та ріжучи інструмент для токарних та шліфувальних операцій. Запропоновано відносно нову технологію QUICKPOINT для операції шліфування. Змодельовано місця закріплення заготовки в кулачках патрона, сили затиску кулачками до площі закріплення та можливу деформацію заготовки.

The work is devoted to the improvement of the technological process of mechanical processing of the hub of the front wheel of the "Formula Student" car. An analysis of the typical technical process of a hub part from Deo Lanos was carried out, on the basis of which an alternative version of the technological process was developed using modern metalworking equipment of the world's leading manufacturers. The optimal method of obtaining the workpiece was selected, the methods of processing the surfaces of the product with the determination of allowances were proposed. Designed a machine tool and cutting tool for turning and grinding operations. A relatively new QUICKPOINT technology is proposed for the grinding operation. Places of attachment of the workpiece in the cams of the cartridge, clamping forces of the cams to the attachment area and possible deformation of the workpiece are simulated.
