Особливості соціально-психологічної реабілітації ветеранів російсько-української війни

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. У роботі проаналізовано зміст та особливості соціально-психологічної реабілітації ветеранів російсько-української війни як комплексний процес, спрямований на їх повноцінне повернення до суспільного життя та передбачає взаємодію державних, місцевих і громадських структур для забезпечення психологічної, соціальної та професійної підтримки. Визначено, що ефективність реабілітації залежить від індивідуального підходу, комплексності заходів та їх адаптації до потреб конкретного ветерана, що підтверджує необхідність формування системних моделей підтримки на рівні територіальних громад. Визначено, що законодавчі зміни останніх років спрямовані на посилення гарантій соціального захисту, професійної адаптації та психологічної підтримки ветеранів, що відповідає сучасним викликам, пов’язаним із наслідками війни. Проаналізовано інституційну інфраструктуру підтримки ветеранів на рівні громад. Встановлено, що ефективна соціально-психологічна реабілітація забезпечується через координацію діяльності соціальних служб, центрів реабілітації, громадських організацій та волонтерських ініціатив. Визначено форми та механізми участі місцевих громад у соціально психологічній реабілітації ветеранів. Виявлено, що ефективність соціально психологічної реабілітації зростає за умови тісної взаємодії громадських структур із державними органами та місцевими органами влади. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід соціально-психологічної реабілітації, звернено увагу на його системності, персоналізації підтримки, професійній адаптації, міжсекторальній взаємодії та залученні громад.Master's qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of sources used and appendices. The work analyzes the content and features of socio-psychological rehabilitation of veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war as a complex process aimed at their full return to social life and involves the interaction of state, local and public structures to provide psychological, social and professional support. It is determined that the effectiveness of rehabilitation depends on an individual approach, the complexity of measures and their adaptation to the needs of a particular veteran, which confirms the need to form systemic models of support at the level of territorial communities. It was determined that the legislative changes of recent years are aimed at strengthening the guarantees of social protection, professional adaptation and psychological support for veterans, which meets the modern challenges associated with the consequences of the war. The institutional infrastructure of veterans' support at the community level was analyzed. It was established that effective socio-psychological rehabilitation is ensured through coordination of the activities of social services, rehabilitation centers, public organizations and volunteer initiatives. The forms and mechanisms of local communities' participation in the socio psychological rehabilitation of veterans were determined. It was found that the effectiveness of socio-psychological rehabilitation increases with close interaction of public structures with state bodies and local authorities. The international experience of socio-psychological rehabilitation was analyzed, attention was paid to its systematicity, personalization of support, professional adaptation, intersectoral interaction and involvement of communities.
