Становлення і розвиток жіночої освіти в Україні: історико-педагогічний аспект

Abstract

У роботі досліджено: у першому розділі здійснено аналіз історико педагогічних аспектів становлення та розвитку жіночої освіти в Україні; розглянуто історико-культурні передумови, а також особливості розвитку жіночої освіти у ХІХ–ХХ століттях, що дозволило деталізувати етапи формування освітніх можливостей для жінок. Особливу увагу приділено ролі просвітницьких рухів та діяльності видатних педагогів, які сприяли утвердженню права жінок на освіту. У другому розділі проведено аналіз сучасних тенденцій розвитку жіночої освіти в Україні; розглянуто стан жіночої освіти в сучасному освітньому просторі та оцінено вплив освітніх ініціатив і державної політики на доступ жінок до освіти та професійного розвитку. Висвітлено виклики та перспективи забезпечення рівних можливостей у сфері освіти в умовах європейської інтеграції України.The paper investigates: in the first chapter, an analysis of the historical and pedagogical aspects of the formation and development of women’s education in Ukraine is conducted; the historical and cultural prerequisites, as well as the features of the development of women’s education in the 19th–20th centuries, are considered, which allowed for a detailed delineation of the stages of formation of educational opportunities for women. Special emphasis is placed on the role of enlightenment movements and the contributions of prominent educators who advanced the institutionalization of women's right to education. In the second chapter, an analysis of contemporary trends in the development of women’s education in Ukraine is carried out; the state of women’s education in the modern educational environment is examined, and the impact of educational initiatives and state policies on women’s access to education and professional development is assessed. The study highlights the challenges and prospects of ensuring equal opportunities in the field of education within the context of Ukraine’s European integration.
