Проектування лінії з виробництва пастеризованого молока

Abstract

Проведено аналіз вихідних даних та актуальність роботи. Описаний технологічний процес виготовлення пастеризованого молока та проаналізована робота дільниці пакування. Проведені необхідні розрахунки показників і параметрів машини, яка проектується: технологічний, енергетичний, конструктивний, кінематичний, розрахунок циліндричної та черв’ячної передачі, також підбір і розрахунок підшипника та розрахунок шпонкового з’єднання. Розроблена конструкція машини вузлів та деталей. Описано монтаж і ремонт машини, вибір такелажного оснащення, схема монтажу, вибір методу вивірки обладнання на фундамент. Здійснено статичний розрахунок, вибір інструментів та засобів монтажу, вибір мастильних матеріалів та пристроїв, а також проведено розрахунок основних конструктивних параметрів такелажних пристроїв. Експлуатація та технічне обслуговування машини показує послідовність та перелік операцій з підготовки до пуску, послідовність пуску і налаштування робочих режимів, експлуатація машини під час роботи і порядок проведення зупинки машини. Визначено порядок і послідовність технічного обслуговування обладнання.

An analysis of the original data and the relevance of the work was carried out. The technological process of manufacturing pasteurized milk is described and the work of the packaging department is analyzed. The necessary calculations of indicators and parameters of the designed machine were carried out: technological, energy, structural, kinematic, calculation of cylindrical and worm gear, as well as selection and calculation of the bearing and calculation of the key connection. The machine design of nodes and parts is developed. The installation and repair of the machine, the choice of rigging equipment, the installation scheme, the choice of the method of adjusting the equipment to the foundation are described. A static calculation was carried out, the selection of tools and means of installation, the selection of lubricants and devices, as well as the calculation of the main structural parameters of the rigging devices was carried out. The operation and maintenance of the machine shows the sequence and list of operations for preparation for start-up, the sequence of start-up and setting of working modes, the operation of the machine during operation and the procedure for stopping the machine. The order and sequence of equipment maintenance is defined.
