Забезпечення точності обробки деталей типу корпус 47.47.04 шляхом підвищення трибологічних характеристик елементів технологічного оснащення

Abstract

В даній роботі було виконано комплекс технологічно-конструкторських завдань для виготовлення корпусу 47.47.04 для умов багатосерійного виробництва а саме: визначені тип виробництва і форма організації робіт, проведено аналіз конструкції і технологічності деталі, вибрано спосіб виготовлення заготовки, спроектовано маршрут механічної обробки деталі корпус 47.47.04 з розробкою змісту операцій, технологічного оснащення та інструментів, встановлені технологічні розміри, припуски, визначено режими різання, спроектована дільниця механічної обробки корпусу 47.47.04, розроблені заходи з охорони праці та безпеки виробництва; визначені основні ТЕП запропонованого проектного рішення. Проведено теоретичне узагальнення й оптимальне вирішення наукової задачі, що полягає у використанні технологічного оснащення на виробництві на базі сучасних конструктивних і технологічних рішень. Розроблена графічна частина та технологічна документація.

In this work, a complex of technological design problems for the manufacture of the body 47.47.04 was carried out for the conditions of multi-series production, namely: the type of production and the form of organization of work, the analysis of the design and machinability of the part, the method of manufacturing the workpiece was chosen, the route of mechanical processing of the details of the body 47.47.04 was designed with the development of the maintenance of the operations, technological equipment and tools, the technological dimensions, assumptions, cut-off modes were determined, the design section of the mechanical processing of the case was designed 47.47.04, measures occupational safety and security; the main TPPs of the proposed project design are determined. The theoretical generalization and optimal solution of the scientific problem, which consists in the use of technological equipment in production on the basis of modern constructive and technological solutions, is carried out. The graphic part and technological documentation are developed.
