Особливості формування лідерських якостей у процесі підготовки майбутнього педагога

Abstract

У роботі досліджено: у першому розділі здійснено теоретико методологічний аналіз психолого-педагогічних джерел із проблеми лідерства в освіті; розкрито сутність поняття «лідерські якості майбутнього педагога», охарактеризовано їх структуру, функції та значення в професійній діяльності вчителя; визначено наукові підходи й педагогічні умови, що забезпечують ефективне формування лідерських якостей під час професійної підготовки студентів. У другому розділі проведено емпіричне дослідження рівня сформованості лідерських якостей у студентів педагогічного закладу вищої освіти; проаналізовано результати анкетування, визначено сильні та недостатньо розвинені компоненти лідерської компетентності; запропоновано комплекс педагогічних умов і методичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на розвиток лідерського потенціалу майбутніх педагогів.The paper investigates: in the first section, a theoretical and methodological analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources on the problem of leadership in education is carried out; the essence of the concept of "leadership qualities of a future teacher" is revealed, their structure, functions and significance in the professional activity of a teacher are characterized; scientific approaches and pedagogical conditions that ensure the effective formation of leadership qualities during the professional training of students are determined. In the second section, an empirical study of the level of formation of leadership qualities in students of a pedagogical institution of higher education is conducted; the results of the questionnaire are analyzed, strong and insufficiently developed components of leadership competence are identified; a set of pedagogical conditions and methodological recommendations aimed at development of leadership potential of future teachers.
