| dc.description | The kinetic equations used to describe the process of grinding solid materials were analyzed in order to apply them to describe the process of grinding waste chips into metal powders. Experimental verification was carried out on chips of the SCh 18 (DSTU 8833:2019) type obtained after turning of machine-building products. The kinetic equation of K. A. Razumov most accurately (with the smallest discrepancy between theoretical and experimental results) describes the process of grinding chips into metal powders. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Проаналізовано рівняння кінетики, що використовуються для опису процесу подрібнення твердих матеріалів, з метою їх застосування для опису процесу подрібнення відходів стружки у металічні порошки. Експериментальну перевірку проведено на стружці СЧ 18 (ДСТУ 8833:2019), отриманої після токарної обробки виробів машинобудівного виробництва. Найбільш точно (з найменшою розбіжністю між теоретичними та експериментальними результатами) процес подрібнення стружки у металічний порошок описує кінетичне рівняння К. А. Разумова. | |
