Анотація

Professional-emotional burnout syndrome is an illness that, unfortunately, is not always paid attention to. Teachers often do not consider it necessary to sound the alarm. They think that this will pass, they just have to put in a little more effort, “stress”, and finally finish the volume that has accumulated, despite overwork and mental decline. And this is their main mistake. The stressful nature of the professional activities of teaching staff negatively affects their mental states, which leads to a number of negative socio-psychological consequences in the professional sphere. These include decreased job satisfaction, deterioration of the socio-psychological climate in the team, and professional exhaustion. Subsequently, interest in one’s work and one’s responsibilities regresses, and under such circumstances one cannot even think about the productivity of a teacher’s work.
