Item type:Наукова стаття, Ensuring sustainable development through comprehensive psychological support and population rehabilitation(2025-02-22) Minin, Mykyta; Tverezovska, Nina; Tabakar, Kristina; Kunchenko, Daria; Babii, Mykola; Barzylovych, AnastasiiaIntroduction: the article addresses the issue of state policy aimed at comprehensive psychological support and rehabilitation of the population in the context of sustainable development. Method: the research was conducted based on empirical experience of effective management decisions in Ukraine over the past three years of the Russian-Ukrainian war, using a comprehensive approach involving analysis, synthesis, descriptive, empirical (survey method), and structural methods. Results: the study measured stress levels in different age categories before and after group psychological training sessions (duration – 2 months) to assess the effectiveness of group psychological support sessions for internally displaced persons using the PSM-25 Lemyr-Tessier-Fillion stress measurement methodology. The empirical study was conducted at the Resilience Centre (Ivano-Frankivsk) as a shelter for internally displaced persons during 2023-2024 and covered 120 people from various age groups of internally displaced persons. The results obtained from the PSM-25 Lemyr-Tessier-Fillion stress measurement method indicate significant effectiveness of group psychological training for all age groups. As statistics show, the high stress level of all respondents decreased by 7 %, and the low level by 6 %. Conclusions: thus, 31 % of respondents reported a high-stress level after completing group training sessions, the lowest figure compared to the percentage of respondents with medium and low-stress levels. The highest indicator, 37 %, was observed in the adolescent age group (15-22 years), which is quite logical, as at this age, there is reduced capacity for self-regulation of emotional background.Item type:Наукова стаття, Social Issues Of Modernity And Their Impact On Socio-Psychological Health In The Community(2024) Cherneta, Svitlana; Zhuk, Oksana; Savchuk, Nadiia; Babii, Mykola; Bielkina-Kovalchuk, OlenaAbstract: In today's dynamic world, the issue of psychological well-being becomes highly relevant, as it directly affects the life quality of individuals and the effectiveness of their interaction with the social environment. Rapid social changes, economic instability, and globalization processes create additional challenges for mental health. They emphasize the importance of an adequate societal response to these challenges. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting mental health, including the role of socio-economic inequality, educational level, social support, and spirituality. It has been found that higher income inequality correlates with a higher proportion of mental illnesses. At the same time, an increase in education contributes to psychological resilience. The importance of social ties and spiritual practices proved to be essential, especially in the context of their ability to reduce stress and increase emotional well-being. The research findings emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach to mental health support, including consideration of socio-economic, educational, and cultural factors. The authors recommend expanding the social support network and taking into account individual spiritual needs in psychotherapy and health care. Further research directions include studying the impact of globalization on psychological well-being and developing culturally sensitive methods of psychological support. This article contributes to a deeper understanding of the complex interrelationships that shape psychological well-being and provides practical recommendations for supporting mental health in a broader societal context. Based on the limitations this study identified, further research should focus on a detailed analysis of individual adaptation and resilience strategies in the context of social and economic changes.Item type:Наукова стаття, Human Development Across the Lifespan: Psychological Perspectives on Physical, Social and Cognitive Growth(Nebraska : IJRDO, 2025-04) Bykova, Svitlana; Koshyrets, Viktor; Zhuk, Oksana; Babii, Mykola; Redko, SerhiiBackground: The article analyses the psychological aspects of human development across different life stages, from childhood to old age. The changes that occur during maturation and ageing are examined at biological, psychological, and social levels. It is important to maintain a clear and logical structure when discussing such complex topics. Methods: The literature data was studied and analysed using theoretical research methods. The inductive method was employed to systematize the data obtained, and the deductive method was performed to generalize them. Results: During ontogenesis, individuals develop not only as organisms but also as personalities and conscious social beings. Therefore, it is necessary to consider their psychological development in various spheres, including physical, cognitive, and social aspects. Physical development is determined by changes in organ sizes, body shape, brain structure, sensory capabilities, and motor skills. Cognitive development encompasses all mental abilities and psychological processes, including the specific organization of thinking. Social development is characterized by a combination of personality traits and social skills. It is important to note that this development occurs simultaneously and interdependently in all three spheres. Conclusion: In the psychological development of individuals, various stages are distinguished. The sequence of these stages is predictable and irreversible. Although individual variations in the course of these periods are possible, they are characterized by certain regularities and psychological peculiarities. Knowledge of these regularities and peculiarities can contribute to the harmonious development of individuals and ensure their psychological well-being throughout life.Item type:Наукова стаття, Fostering Personal Success Through the Development of Resilience(Argentina, 2025-07-09) Bykova, Svitlana; Koshyrets, Viktor; Zhuk, Oksana; Babii, Mykola; Redko, SerhiiIntroduction: the study is devoted to the analysis of psychological aspects of personality development at different stages of one's life. The article analyzes the transformations that take place during the periods of maturation and aging from the standpoint of biological, social and psychological contexts. Method: the research methodology is based on theoretical and inductive-deductive methods. The most significant factors influencing the psychological development of a person during his or her development – biological and social – are identified. Results: it is substantiated that an individual develops most actively through involvement in the processes of learning, gaining life experience, communication and skills of interaction with diverse objects. It is found that in the process of ontogenesis, the individual develops not only as a biological organism but also as a conscious social phenomenon. The necessity of taking into account the aspects of psychological development in various spheres - social, physical, cognitive – is argued. The author analyzes the aspects of physical development – the dynamics of the shapes and sizes of human body organs, sensory capabilities, brain structure, motor skills, etc.; social development – the synergy of social skills and personal traits; cognitive development – mental abilities, thinking, and other psychological processes. It is noted that all areas of development take place interdependently and simultaneously. Conclusions: it is proved that a comprehensive study of the psychological aspects of different stages of human development contributes to the improvement of their passage in terms of psychological well-being.
