Item type:Наукова стаття, Ethical challenges in biotechnology: exploring the boundaries of scientific intervention(Rio de Janeiro, 2025-06-22) Silvestrova, OksanaBiotechnology is causing rapid advances that have offered new prospects in medicine, agriculture, and energy, but it has also raised various ethical issues that need proper regulation. All of these issues have great potential for both social inequality and moral controversy, especially ones such as genome editing, the use of GMOs, cloning and neuroenhancement. The study aims to examine the ethical and philosophical limits within which biotechnological intervention may be justified and formulate ways to regulate them. The methodology consists of the comparative analysis of regulatory documents, ethical concepts, and the publication of biotechnology-related science. Also, it includes a structural and logical analysis of the influence of biotechnology on social and moral norms. The study results indicate the need for a clear distinction between therapeutic and enhanced use of biotechnologies and institutional control the and enhancement harmonisation of of international bioethics standards. The analysis concluded that without a single regulatory approach, there are ethical and social risks related to the availability of biotechnology and the question of individual autonomy and risks associated with the long-term consequences of genetic modification. The work’s practical importance consists in the development of recommendations to the policy for regulating a regulatory policy responsible for the use of biotechnological innovations. Thrust for further research should be directed towards the appraisal of the real effects of biotechnology on social norms and the formulation of ethical mechanisms to dissuade possible threats.Item type:Наукова стаття, Modern Concepts And Theories of State Management of the System of Social Work(Rio de Janeiro, 2023-03-16) Zhuk, Oksana; Malynovskyi, Valentyn; Silvestrova, Oksana; Haponchuk, OlenaAn analysis of valid theories and conceptual approaches of state management was conducted in modern concepts in order to determine positive and negative aspects and their influence on society based on various criteria. It is necessary to identify the optimal behavior of the modeling object, which can be based on the conditions of implementing the optimal strategy of the enterprise's behavior depending on the market conditions and labor activity of employees. Thus, the management decision aimed at the social development of the enterprise should be justified from the perspective of financial support and consider the interests of both the employer and the hired employees. Considering that in economic conditions, industrial enterprises should not only make financial incentive payments to personnel from profits, it is necessary to justify the need and possibility of rewarding employees for quality work. Therefore, developing an optimal strategy of enterprise behavior in the person of the administration, based on calculating the prices of pure strategies and optimizing their frequency of alternation, will allow for determining the enterprise's costs for providing social benefits and services to employees. In this case, management decisions aimed at encouraging employees are justified from the perspective of the financial resources of the enterprise, and staff motivation can improve through the effective work of the enterprise's personnel. Thus, in authors’ opinion, the main task of the social development of the organization is the optimization of the processes of social development and, as a result, the implementation of the social development plan of the enterprise in the form of a social passport, which, on the one hand, should be detailed enough to timely anticipate and solve emerging problems, as well as to coordinate the efforts of various departments and specialists. On the other hand, the organizations' social development plan should be flexible enough to allow managers to respond to unexpected disruptions from the external environment.Item type:Наукова стаття, Aspects of effective communication (European experience): digital, informational, and sociolinguistic dimensions(Buenos Aires, 2024-09-24) Mialkovska, Liudmyla; Cherneta, Svitlana; Zabiiaka, Iryna; Maiboroda, Oksana; Silvestrova, OksanaIntroduction: the modern era of digital technologies and globalization has brought about significant transformations in communication methods. The research aims to uncover both the benefits and challenges posed by these factors in the context of communication processes. Method: this research employed a theoretical approach, synthesizing a wide range of literature and conducting psychological and sociolinguistic analyses. Comparative methods were used to assess different strategies of communication in European contexts, while particular attention was paid to understanding how digitalization and sociolinguistic factors interact. Results: the findings suggest that digitalization enhances accessibility and the speed of communication but introduces challenges, such as the digital divide and data protection issues. Information transparency and accessi bility have been identified as crucial in building trust and ensuring the effective exchange of information. Moreover, sociolinguistic factors, especially cultural and language adaptation, have proven essential for effective intercultural communication in Europe. Conclusions: the study concludes that successful communication strategies must incorporate digital, informational, and sociolinguistic aspects, particularly in multilingual and culturally diverse contexts. Awareness and adaptation to cultural norms and linguistic nuances are vital for creating more effective communication practices in both international and local interactions. Practical recommendations include focusing on cultural sensitivity and data transparency to further enhance communication processes.Item type:Наукова стаття, Modern concepts and theories of state management of the system of social work(Rio de Janeiro, 2023) Zhuk, Oksana; Malynovskyi, Valentyn; Silvestrova, Oksana; Haponchuk, OlenaAn analysis of valid theories and conceptual appxoaches of state management was conducted in modem concepts in order to determine positive and negative aspects and their inßuence on society based on various criteria.
