Automated smart humanoid robot arm on the ARDUINO platform
(2025-12-12) Povstianoi, Oleksandr; Markinа, Lyudmila; Denysiuk, Viktor; Pylypets, Mykhailo
The article presents the development of an automated smart humanoid robot hand on the Arduino platform using 3D printing, servo drives, and a sensor glove with flexible sensors. An electrical circuit and a software module for reading and processing signals have been developed, which provides real-time reproduction of the operator's finger movements. Modelling, assembly of mechanical and electronic parts, calibration of sensors and actuators have been carried out. Experimental studies have confirmed the accuracy, speed, and stability of the system, which makes it suitable for educational and demonstration robotics applications.

About Question of Organising of Physical Access Control System
(Zdar nad Sazavou: «DEL a.s.», 2021) Kaidyk, Oleh; Terletskyi, Taras; Ptashenchuk, Vitalii; Denysiuk, Viktor
The paper examines the issues of organizing physical access control systems (PACS) as an essential component of modern integrated security systems. The growing requirements for facility protection and personnel monitoring have led to the widespread implementation of automated access control technologies. The main functions of PACS, including identification of access subjects, prevention of unauthorized access, monitoring of personnel and visitors, and integration with other security systems, are analyzed. The study considers the structure and principal components of access control systems, such as readers, information processing devices, executive mechanisms, and auxiliary equipment. Particular attention is paid to the classification of PACS into autonomous, centralized, and universal systems, as well as to their architectural features. The advantages and limitations of centralized and distributed architectures are discussed, emphasizing their impact on system reliability, security, and operational continuity. It is shown that the implementation of modern access control systems significantly enhances the security level of protected facilities, improves operational control over personnel movement, and enables rapid response to potential threats. The results of the study can be used in the design and deployment of effective physical access control systems for industrial, commercial, and public facilities.
