    Modeling the Dynamics of Centerless Mortise Grinding on Rigid Supports

    The paper examines the influence of the dynamic parameters of the machine and the geometry of the adjustment of rigid supports on the formation of undulations of the surfaces of roller bearing rings. A complex mathematical model of the machine tool system for centerless mortise grinding was developed, and the influence of the dynamic parameters of the machine tool and the geometry of the setup of rigid supports on the formation of undulations of the processed surfaces was analyzed. The SWaAGL-50 mortise centerless grinding machine’s technological system is presented as a linear mechanical model, and the elastic movements along the ОХ axis are considered. Based on the equations of kinetic and potential energies compiled in the form of Lagrange, the equations of motion of the relevant elements of the technological system were obtained. The formula of the dynamic accuracy function was found, which characterizes the inconsistency of the movement of the grinding wheel and the part.

    Research of Dynamic Processes of Working Medium Movement in a Vibrating Bunker

    The article presents the results of the study of the regularities of the formation of the circulating vortex motion of the working medium and the behavior of the vibrating hopper body under conditions of symmetric shock-impulse loading. It was established that such loads cause slow circulating motion of the medium, the intensity of which increases with the asymmetric nature of the impacts. This motion has the form of a ring or arc-shaped vortex, covering the entire volume of the working medium. For the analysis of vortex processes, it is advisable to use the integral form of the law of conservation of momentum within the control volume. It is shown that the average circulation speed depends on the impact force, the initial velocity of the vibrating hopper and the mass of the working medium, and the angular velocity of the vortex motion is proportional to the average circulation speed.

    Intermittent Abrasive Tool for Machining the Butt Ends of Bearing Rings

    A design of an intermittent abrasive tool has been developed for processing flat surfaces, in particular the ends of bearing rings. The presented design of the abrasive wheel allows to reduce the temperature of the surface layer and ensure its high cutting ability, which makes it possible to stabilize the quality parameters of the surface layer and avoid product defects. The use of the technology of supplying cooling fluid through the working surface of the abrasive wheel directly into the processing zone under pressure made it possible to minimize the width of the groove of the intermittent wheel and ensure its high cutting ability by preserving a large number of abrasive grains and cleaning the surface of the wheel from grinding products. The use of the presented design of the intermittent tool made it possible to improve the roughness of the ends of the bearing rings by 0.5 microns and increase the hardness of the surface layer by 1.5-2 HRC units, avoid burns, product defects and increase the efficiency of the process of flat abrasive processing.

    The Concept of Digital Description of Structural Elements of Technical Systems

    The paper presents the concept of a new approach to describing the elements of technical system structures, which provides new opportunities for increasing the level of automation of this information processing. This helps to improve the conditions for the initial stages of technical systems development, which relate to the synthesis of their structures and schemes and can currently be carried out only by humans. The paper proposes a methodology for forming a digital description of the characteristics of structural elements that can be combined into a single structure of a certain technical system. This description is based on the creation of a multidimensional vector, which can be further pro- cessed using appropriate mathematical tools, and therefore provides the possi- bility of automating the processing of this information. A methodology for forming vectors of description of structural elements of technical systems is proposed in accordance with the needs of their effective use in algorithms im- plemented by computer programming. The presented approach creates prereq- uisites for automating the processes of creating structures of technical systems, classifying technical systems, efficient storage in the form of a database, effi- cient search by a large number of features, etc

    Automatic System for Clamping Objects on Rotary Executive Links of Robotics for Safety Critical Application: Solution and Software for Modelling

The approach recommends utilizing software products developed specificallyfor this purpose. The applications improve the device's prototyping capabilities, visualize its structural schemes, and calculate its individual performance characteristics.     ЕLECTROMAGNETIC FIELD EQUATIONS IN NONLINEAR ENVIRONMENT

    The paper proposes electromagnetic field equations from the point of view of their adaptation to numerical methods. Maxwell'sequations with partial derivatives are used, written concerning field vectors, which most fully reproduce the picture of physical processes in electrical engineeringdevices. The values of these vectors provide comprehensive information about the field at any spatio-temporal point. The concept of creating mathematical models of electrical devices adequate to physical processes has been developed. Mathematical transformations are carried out according to the rulesof differential calculus. Dynamic processes in the elements of electrotechnical devices were analyzed using the apparatus of mathematical modeling.An algorithm for implementing differential equations with partial derivative numerical methods using computer simulation was implemented. The obtained results made it possible to understand the nature of electromagnetic phenomena in nonlinear media. The paper provides calculations of the field parameters in a flat ferromagnetic plate and the groove of the rotor of an electric machine

    MODELLING OF DYNAMIC MODES IN A DC MOTOR FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE

    The paper investigates mathematical models of a DC electric motor with independent excitation for electric vehicles and PWM as a speed control method. Differential equations of electromechanical state are written in normal Cauchy form. This representation simplifies the computational process, since integration is carried out by the explicit numerical method of Runge-Kutta of the fourth order, which is simpler than implicit and more accurate than single-step explicit methods. The symbolic programming language Force 2.0, which is a variant of the Fortran language, is used for modelling. Compared to mathematical packages of simulation modelling, it is convenient in terms of low time costs for compiling the program itself, since the program includes model equations together with initial conditions, a numerical method, and an integration procedure. The developed models take into account electromagnetic couplings of the motor's electrical circuits and make it possible to simulate dynamic operating modes. Such models can be used to analyse the operation of motors both autonomously and as an element of an electromechanical system, including valve converters. The operation and transient modes of a DC motor are simulated, the simulation results are given, and their analysis is presented. The results confirmed the correctness of the chosen approach to modelling and numerical methods, as well as compliance with the classical theory of electric machines.

    The Effect of Ultraviolet on the Change in the Structural and Mechanical Properties of Polyurethane Foams

    The article investigates the influence of ultraviolet (UV) on polyurethane foams' structural and mechanical characteristics. To assess the impact of changes and degradation of foam properties, studies were conducted for two groups of samples: those without exposure to UV and those exposed to natural UV for 3 months. According to the analysis of IR spectra, insignificant chemical changes in the structure of the outer surface of the samples were established as a result of three months of UV influence on the foam. No noticeable chemical changes were found in the inner part of such samples. Compression tests of samples of different groups were carried out under static loading to study the change in mechanical characteristics. Based on experimental tests, changes in the values of mechanical, strength, and deformation characteristics were investigated: Young's modulus, elastic strength, yield strength, and degree of deformation recovery. A conclusion was made about the resistance of polyurethane foam to ultraviolet influence for a period of up to three months.

    Information and measurement system for analyzing images of fundus tissue using computer-integrated technologies

    The paper presents the results of research and development of a modern information and measurement system (IMS) designed for automated analysis of fundus images for the purpose of diagnosing and monitoring ophthalmic pathologies. The proposed system combines methods of digital medical image processing, artificial intelligence and computer vision, which allows ensuring high accuracy and objectivity of the diagnostic process. Particular attention is paid to the use of deep learning algorithms for the segmentation of anatomical structures of the retina and analysis of fluorescent images. A comprehensive method of photodynamic diagnostics and therapy has been developed, which is implemented based on a modified slit lamp with a laser illuminator. Effective methods of image registration and processing have been proposed, in particular their synchronization and spectral analysis, which allows for quantitative assessment of the state of tissues. The results of the study can be used in ophthalmological practice to increase the accuracy of early detection of pathologies, as well as in telemedicine and personalized medicine systems.

    Application Design for Remote Control of Refrigeration Equipment in an IIoT Environment

    Despite the availability of modern refrigeration systems, many industrial enterprises still lack integrated solutions for automatic monitoring, fault prediction, and energy consumption optimization. This leads to overspending of resources, product losses, and reduced efficiency of production processes, especially in areas with increased requirements for temperature control (food industry, pharmaceuticals, logistics). The implementation of the Industrial Internet of Things helps optimize production processes, increase equipment efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs. The paper considers an industrial refrigeration equipment monitoring system aimed at food, pharmaceutical, and logistics enterprises. The system provides continuous data collection on temperature, energy consumption, and equipment status using sensors and power meters. It supports integration with cloud platforms and peripheral computing for rapid information processing. This allows for the timely detection of deviations, prediction of malfunctions, and minimization of the risk of product loss due to emergencies. The system is considered for use in production complexes with controlled conditions, refrigerated warehouses, and temperature-controlled transport systems. The use of wireless communication technologies and adaptive data storage mechanisms ensures its reliability even in the event of communication failures. The test results confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed solution, which allows enterprises to reduce operating costs, improve resource management, and increase the energy efficiency of production processes. Therefore, the use of industrial Internet technologies for monitoring refrigeration equipment ensures increased energy efficiency, reduced operating costs, and detection of deviations in system operation.
