Studied approach directed formation of quality, based on the elements of theories of technological inheritance and interference of quality, which can reduce the role of random factors and their complex combinations in the process of providing regulated quality indicators, which in turn reduces the field of dispersion values performance and improves the quality of processed details. It is noted that for implementation of directed formation it is necessary to determine technological parameters, with the help of changing the values of which, it is possible to control the values of their indicators, which evolve in the process of mechanical processing. This will completely eliminate or reduce the impact of those indicators that worsen the performance properties of parts. It was revealed that the nature of manifestations of technological heredity is influenced by the conditions of implementation and the type of technological operations. Therefore, the best option for strengthening the blades of titanium alloy VT3–1istheformationinthewearzone ofathermodynamicallycompatible,heat-resistant,andwear-resistantlayer,which is different fromthemainmaterialoftheblade.Samplesforresearchwerecutfrom the bandageshelvesofthecompressorbladeintheshankarea:thefirst-withhighquality soldering relite, the second– the shelf is worn, and there is a defect in the formofadrop.Itwasfoundthatthemaintitaniumalloyhasahomogeneousstructure, and the surface of the defective coating has a lower roughness, microcracks. Its local areas differ in elemental composition. Clusters of pores explain the clear andwidegrainboundariesoftitaniumalloyunderdefectivesolderingattheboundaries. Such clusters of defects are etched more strongly than the base metal, so the base alloy has aneedle-like martensite hardened structure formed byrapid cooling in the air after soldering. It is proved that such defects are formed due to the violation of soldering technology. It is proposed to create a protective layer of composite material VTN-1 with tungsten particles, which contains solid parts of tungsten carbide and titanium-based solder VPr16, to strengthen the working blades in the wearing zone.Item type:Наукова стаття, Influence of Technological Methods of Processing on Wear Resistance of Conjugated Cylindrical Surfaces(Springer, Cham, 2021) Zablotskyi, Valentyn; Tkachuk, Anatolii; Moroz, Serhii; Prystupa, Stanislav; Svirzhevskyi, KostiantynWear of any tribological pair leads to malfunction or failure of the entire mechanism. It is known that the process of wear of friction pairs occurs in three periods: running-in, normal wear, accelerated wear (destruction). Working surfaces of parts that are formed in the manufacturing process receive micro geometric characteristics (roughness, undulation), according to the regulated technological norms. These characteristics describe the properties of the technological surface topography. However, quantitative micro geometric parameters change as they evolve during running-in, and the surface receives a new operational relief that is stable for a long time during normal wear. It is an operational relief of conjugate surfaces that characterizes the qualitative properties of parts for a long period of operation. The running-in process, which is based on complex mechanical, physical, and chemical processes, determines the overall wear resistance of parts. After this period, the physical, mechanical, and geometric characteristics of the surface acquire optimal values corresponding to the operating conditions. Rational performance characteristics during normal wear can self-sustain, and they are continuously reproduced independently in the same values. This state of the surface layer is observed before the beginning of the third stage of the life cycle. Traditionally, to ensure regulated micro geometric characteristics of the working surfaces used grinding, smoothing, and lapping diamond pastes. At the present stage of development of equipment and technology in a row with the mentioned finishing operations, there is an operation of high-speed turning, which allows reaching high purity of surfaces with the lowest cost of the technological process.Item type:Наукова стаття, Methods of Evaluating the Wear Resistance of the Contact Surfaces of Rolling Bearings(2021) Svirzhevskyi, Kostiantyn; Zabolotnyi, Oleg; Tkachuk, Anatolii; Zablotskyi, Valentyn; Cagáňová, DagmarIn modern conditions of development of mechanical engineering, high priority is given to experimental and material science aspects of assessing the wear resistance of conjugate friction surfaces, which consist of the selection of materials with high wear resistance characteristics. However, this way, you can only reduce the intensity of the wear process, but not control the wear process itself and, most importantly, the changes in the state and performance of the mating surfaces that occur as a result of the wear process. The durability of machines is laid down at the design stage and depends on the design scheme, materials used, lubricants, and other factors. An increase in the durability of mated machine parts is impossible without creating modern engineering methods for calculating wear resistance, which would consider the physical and mechanical characteristics of materials (friction pairs, modes of operation of the load node, and angular velocity), external friction conditions (environment, and lubrication), as well as the design and technological features of the friction interface. During the wear of two contiguous bodies, the unevenness of one surface is exposed to the unevenness of the other surface. In this case, the irregularities of the more durable material act similarly to the abrasive elements, cutting off the thin chip from the micro-irregularities of the surface of the less durable material. At the same time, the irregularities that cut this chip wear themselves out, just as cutting abrasive tools wear out.Item type:Наукова стаття, Modeling the Dynamics of Centerless Mortise Grinding on Rigid Supports(2025) Chalyj, Vasyl; Moroz, Serhii; Tkachuk, Anatolii; Zablotskyi, Valentyn; Zabolotnyi, OlegThe paper examines the influence of the dynamic parameters of the machine and the geometry of the adjustment of rigid supports on the formation of undulations of the surfaces of roller bearing rings. A complex mathematical model of the machine tool system for centerless mortise grinding was developed, and the influence of the dynamic parameters of the machine tool and the geometry of the setup of rigid supports on the formation of undulations of the processed surfaces was analyzed. The SWaAGL-50 mortise centerless grinding machine’s technological system is presented as a linear mechanical model, and the elastic movements along the ОХ axis are considered. Based on the equations of kinetic and potential energies compiled in the form of Lagrange, the equations of motion of the relevant elements of the technological system were obtained. The formula of the dynamic accuracy function was found, which characterizes the inconsistency of the movement of the grinding wheel and the part.Item type:Наукова стаття, Increasing the Speed and Performance of the Drupal CMS Server for Industrial IoT Technologies(2023) Satsyk, Viktor; Cagáňová, Dagmar; Reshetylo, Oleksandr; Zabolotnyi, Oleg; Tkachuk, AnatoliiIn this paper, the methods of increasing the speed and performance of the Drupal CMS-based server in IIoT technologies were analyzed. Three main load parameters were taken into account: processor time (CPU), level of server RAM usage, and disk memory usage level; on three pages of the WEB site (main, list of blogs, and a page with one blog) and two research methods were applied: generalized and detailed. Based on the results of the analysis of four options for optimizing Drupal CMS for IIoT technologies: basic, using additional installed modules, servers, and configurations, and Drupal Hooks, effective, simple, cost-effective methods were synthesized that guarantee an increase in server speed and productivity. It was found that the optimization of configurations and Drupal Hooks is the most effective since after its implementation, the response of a page with one blog increased by 9.32 requests per second; built-in optimization is extremely simple to implement and inefficient, while server-side optimization is inefficient, most complex and expensive to implement.Item type:Наукова стаття, Improvement of Operational Parameters for High-Precision Tribosystems(2022-09-09) Stelmakh, Alexander; Kostunik, Ruslan; Shymchuk, Sergii; Zaichuk, Natalia; Tkachuk, AnatoliiIn producing plunger pairs of high-pressure fuel pumps, product quality management has a problem of improving their durability and reliability. To improve the performance of products, it is advisable to pay special attention to the tribological characteristics of the friction surfaces that are part of such products, the conditions of their mutual contact, and lubrication. Using a scientific and experimental approach, friction pairs simulating the plunger pairs of high-pressure fuel pumps and aerial gases and diesel fuels used as working lubricants are investigated. The studies take into account the dual nature of friction. The obtained results do not contradict elastohydrodynamic and adhesion-deformation theories. A set of research equipment has been developed, demonstrating the occurrence of secondary currents in the contact zones and the effect of tribocavitation. In the process of friction, microbubbles dissolve in the diffuse contact region. It has been established that with certain types of microgeometric relief, contact load, and a temperature, it is possible to set precision surfaces, which may explain some types of failures of high-pressure fuel pumps and create conditions for expanding the temperature range of these products.Item type:Наукова стаття, The Structure of Automated Control Systems for Precision Machining of Parts Bearing(2022) Trokhymchuk, Ivanna; Svirzhevskyi, Kostiantyn; Tkachuk, Anatolii; Zabolotnyi, Oleg; Zablotskyi, ValentynOne of the ways to improve the quality of bearing parts is the introduction of automatic control systems to improve the technological reliability of machines and increase the accuracy of machining of roller bearing rings. A significant advantage of these systems is that it is possible to compensate for technological factors by cheaper means compared to such as increasing the rigidity of the technological system, processing in modeswith lower productivity, processing using more passes, usingmanualmethods to compensate for wear of cutting tools, maintaining the required rigidity of the machine and the accuracy of its elements through periodic repairs. These methods are associated with either a loss of cyclical productivity or a significant loss of unproductive nature. Therefore, the errors of automated control systems should be considered as processing errors or as a scattering field of the dimensions of parts manufactured on a machine equipped with an automatic control system for precision machining. The share of error of the most automated control system in the total balance of the total size error is quite small and does not exceed 10…20%. The task of improving the accuracy and ensuring stability in technological systems is complex, so it is solved only by a comprehensive method by improving the accuracy of all elements of the technological system. Thus, automated control systems for precision machining of bearing parts is one of the main subsystems of flexible automated production in the concept of Industry 4.0.Item type:Наукова стаття, Research of Dynamic Processes of Working Medium Movement in a Vibrating Bunker(Springer, Cham, 2025) Symonyuk, Volodymyr; Denisyuk, Viktor; Lapchenko, Yuriy; Ptashenchuk, Vitaliy; Reshetylo, OleksandrThe article presents the results of the study of the regularities of the formation of the circulating vortex motion of the working medium and the behavior of the vibrating hopper body under conditions of symmetric shock-impulse loading. It was established that such loads cause slow circulating motion of the medium, the intensity of which increases with the asymmetric nature of the impacts. This motion has the form of a ring or arc-shaped vortex, covering the entire volume of the working medium. For the analysis of vortex processes, it is advisable to use the integral form of the law of conservation of momentum within the control volume. It is shown that the average circulation speed depends on the impact force, the initial velocity of the vibrating hopper and the mass of the working medium, and the angular velocity of the vortex motion is proportional to the average circulation speed.Item type:Наукова стаття, Intermittent Abrasive Tool for Machining the Butt Ends of Bearing Rings(Springer, Cham, 2025) Ptashenchuk, Vitaliy; Denisyuk, Viktor; Lapchenko, Yuriy; Symonyuk, Volodymyr; Reshetylo, OleksandrA design of an intermittent abrasive tool has been developed for processing flat surfaces, in particular the ends of bearing rings. The presented design of the abrasive wheel allows to reduce the temperature of the surface layer and ensure its high cutting ability, which makes it possible to stabilize the quality parameters of the surface layer and avoid product defects. The use of the technology of supplying cooling fluid through the working surface of the abrasive wheel directly into the processing zone under pressure made it possible to minimize the width of the groove of the intermittent wheel and ensure its high cutting ability by preserving a large number of abrasive grains and cleaning the surface of the wheel from grinding products. The use of the presented design of the intermittent tool made it possible to improve the roughness of the ends of the bearing rings by 0.5 microns and increase the hardness of the surface layer by 1.5-2 HRC units, avoid burns, product defects and increase the efficiency of the process of flat abrasive processing.
