New innovative learning technologies in the modernization of training of specialists in the educational process are defined as distance, blended, and mobile learning. The study's ascertaining stage showed that students' readiness to implement innovative technologies is insufficient, which confirmed the study's relevance in the modernization of professional training of specialists and the role of innovative learning technologies. Based on the generalization of the results of the formative stage of experimental training, it was confirmed that the proposed special course of the specified training is statistically justified and effective, the level of readiness of EG students is higher than that of CG students. Methodological recommendations have been developed for the use of innovative technologies in the modernization of the professional training of specialists and their further application in the professional activities of specialists.Item type:Монографія, NEW PARADIGM OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT IN EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES(2023) Zabiiaka, IrynaThe basic concepts and legal principles of the formation and implementation of a new paradigm of the educational policy of the European Union are presented. It outlines strategic guidelines for the development and modernization of vocational education due to the main challenges of modern civilization. The principles of implementation are defined and the directions of development of continuous vocational education are characterized. The purpose of the paper is to identify and substantiate system-wide trends in the development of vocational education in the European Union in the context of the implementation of the lifelong education strategy. The article shows the specifics of the organization of continuous education in European countries that are currently leaders in this field and the problems that arise in the way of the implementation of the lifelong education strategy. Determination of mechanisms for regulating continuous education and substantiation of laws that determine the current processes of development of continuous vocational education within the framework of European integration. Methodology of the study is based on the use of a set of methods determined by the peculiarity of the research problem: analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature, synthesis, systematization, generalization, abstraction, and the interpretative-analytical method, which are used to carry out a theoretical analysis of the source base. Research results. The study determined that the new paradigm of education involves the unification of all sectors of education, industry and economy. The key invariant characteristics of the education system in he European Union countries, on the basis of which it is possible to build a new paradigm of uncertain vocational education are: state responsibility for vocational education, combination of training in classrooms and industrial training and centralized quality control of training through national state standards of vocational training. Practical implications. The use of pedagogical and educational innovations developed in the EU countries for the modernization of continuous vocational education in Ukraine. The ability to develop strategies, forms and content of international cooperation and the development of international projects. Value/originality. The evolutionary nature of changes in the composition and changes in the educational paradigm in the development of vocational education in the EU countries is revealed. Mechanisms have been identified that ensure continuity of development of national vocational education systems and preservation of their cultural uniqueness.Item type:Наукова стаття, Socio-Mental Health Support of Military and Civilians During War Time: Psychosocial Factors(2025-04-11) Frolov, Mykhailo; Petruk, Victoriia; Shkarlatiuk, Kateryna; Berezna, Iryna; Terpeliuk,VolodymyrThe article examines the problem of mental health support under martial law, which has become particularly relevant in the country over the past three years, as the state of war has significantly worsened the mental well-being of all categories of the population, especially the military. The study is based on the Ukrainian experience and examines the socio-psychological aspects of this support, as well as the state policy in this area. The purpose of the research was to study the effectiveness of governmentprograms and programs of NGOs aimed at improving and maintaining the mental health of military and civilians affected by military aggression. The study was conducted on the basis of empirical data obtained at the Center for Mental Health (Ivano-Frankivsk). The article uses the method of synthesis and analysis, descriptive method, empirical (survey method) and static methods. The study outlines the concepts of mental health and psychological recovery as important factors in the sustainable development of society; describes the directions and specifics of the work of the newly established mental health centers in Ukraine, the forms and means of providing psychological assistance to the military and the population affected by military operations; and conducts a survey of the military on the effectiveness of psychological assistance received in these centers. The psychological state of the respondents interviewed at the mental health center indicates that they are experiencing different levels of stress and have feelings of fear, lack of self-confidence, lack of understanding of the dynamism of the situation, a decrease in vital energy spent on constant worries, and difficulty in adaptation processes. The majority of people seeking psychological support experience a sense of loss (loss of loved ones, home, social connections, work, hobbies, etc.), which significantly worsens the overall picture of traumatic stress and leads to depression.Item type:Наукова стаття, Mental Health of the Population in the Volyn Region during Wartime(2024) Fedorchuk-Moroz, ValentynaThis article is devoted to thestudy of the issues of preserving the mental health of Ukrainians during the war, in particular in the Volyn region. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the psychological impact of the war on the mental health of the population of the Volyn region. This article analyzes the results of a survey of Volyn residents within the framework of the All-Ukrainian program of psychological health “How are you?”. The issue of providing counseling services and psychological support to improve the mental health of students at Lutsk National Technical University was also highlighted.Item type:Наукова стаття, Optimization of the Occupational Safety Management System at Enterprises Using Potentially Hazardous Technologies(2026) Klymenko, Mykhailo; Visyn, OlenaProblem statement. Modern enterprises that use potentially hazardous technologies operate in conditions of increased production risks associated with the operation of complex machinery and equipment, the handling of explosive and flammable substances, and the performance of high-risk work. Traditional occupational health and safety management systems, based mainly on a reactive approach, do not provide adequate effectiveness. This necessitates a transition to a risk-based approach, which involves identifying, assessing and minimising risks at the planning and organisation stage of production processes. Improvements to occupational health and safety management systems should be aimed at preventing occupational injuries and diseases, fostering a culture of safety at work, and creating a sustainable risk management mechanism. The purpose of the article is justification of approaches to optimising occupational health and safety management systems at enterprises that use potentially hazardous technologies, taking into account the principles of risk-based management. Particular attention is paid to the issues of creating safe working conditions during the performance of high-risk work, developing practical mechanisms for reducing production risks and improving the effectiveness of the occupational safety management system. Conclusions. It has been established that when developing occupational health and safety management systems, it is necessary to take into account a set of key components, among which comprehensive and continuous risk and hazard assessment, as well as effective interaction between the components of the ‘human-machine’ system, both with each other and with the production environment, are of paramount importance. An important element is the organisation of systematic training of personnel and officials in methods of safe work using computer-integrated technologies in combination with automated control of the microclimate parameters of the working environment. Additional attention should be paid to measures for regular medical examinations of employees and monitoring of their physiological condition, as well as minimising risks associated with the technical condition of machines and mechanisms through inspections, certifications and expert assessments. XIX i początku XX w. był Tomasz Rylski (1838–1924) – naukowiec, nauczyciel, założyciel pierwszej na Ukrainie stacji doświadczalnej maszyn i narzędzi rolniczych. Badacz ten poprzez własną działalność wniósł nieoceniony wkład w rozwój dziedziny badań rolniczych. Do jego podstawowych zainteresowań naukowych należały: budownictwo rolnicze, mechanika gruntów ornych, badanie maszyn rolniczych i konstrukcja sprzętu rolniczego. Analiza dorobku Rylskiego potwierdza, że jest on autorem wielu opracowań naukowych, które zostały rozwinięte w pracach innych badaczy i znalazły zastosowanie w krajowej nauce rolniczej. Jego doro-bek naukowy i twórczy jest różnorodny, co czyni go wybitnym ukraińskim naukowcem w dziedzinie rolnictwa. Mimo polskiego pochodzenia całe swoje życie i działalność twórczą spędził na Ukrainie, przyczyniając się do powstania Wyższej Szkoły Rolniczej w Dublanach jako potężnego ośrodka edukacyjnego i naukowego. Prezentowane badanie i analiza drogi życiowej oraz dorobku twórczego (naukowego) profesora Rylskiego, określenie jego miejsca w kształtowaniu nauk rolniczych przez pryzmat uwarunkowań historycznych i w społecz-no-kulturowym kontekście tamtej epoki opierają się na zasadach obiektywizmu, systema-tyki, bezstronności i historyzmu. Teachers often do not consider it necessary to sound the alarm. They think that this will pass, they just have to put in a little more effort, “stress”, and finally finish the volume that has accumulated, despite overwork and mental decline. And this is their main mistake. The stressful nature of the professional activities of teaching staff negatively affects their mental states, which leads to a number of negative socio-psychological consequences in the professional sphere. These include decreased job satisfaction, deterioration of the socio-psychological climate in the team, and professional exhaustion. Вони навчаючись в університеті, здобувають професію, яка допоможе у майбутньому досягти наміченого.Item type:Наукова стаття, Philosophical Dimensions of Digital Transformation and Their Impact on the Future(Lodz : Futurity Philosophy, 2024) Poperechna, GalynaThis article aims to highlight digital transformation within the context of an in-depth philosophical analysis from the perspectives of epistemological, axiological, ethical, and anthropological dimensions. The period of general philosophical interpretation of the practical-everyday status of digitalisation has evolved into a need for a comprehensive characterisation of the essence of the digital space. The tasks of the article involve organising various philosophical characteristics of digital transformation and aligning them within the scientific worldview paradigm of the future. The article's methodology is based on a qualitative study of the problem of digitalisation within the scientific-philosophical discourse of the last five years. A varied sampling in the literature review has facilitated the analysis of most philosophical dimensions of digitalisation in its contemporary manifestation. The scientific-philosophical synergetic approach is intended to ensure a holistic understanding of the essence of digitalisation as a socio-cultural phenomenon and to optimise the use of its practical structural-technological characteristics. The research results demonstrate the alignment of thematic clusters within the philosophical dimension of digitalisation. The initial dominance of epistemological themes related to the innovation of the digital space is gradually being transformed into a more balanced philosophical interpretation with the actualisation of axiological, ethical, and anthropological contexts. The impact of digital products on individuals and society requires evaluation and understanding how to regulate their activity. Therefore, a review of the literature dedicated to the philosophical aspects of digitalisation indicates a quantitative increase in works of a value-ethical and anthropocentric nature. Philosophy is dynamically shaping the content and format of the structural analysis of digital transformation as a critical sociocultural phenomenon of modernity. At the same time, prospects for philosophical research into the digital space are emerging, which involve outlining short-term tactics for understanding digital transformation in the ethical and anthropological segments and long-term strategies for the axiological and epistemological dimensions. Conclusion: Digital transformation has reached a large scale and intensity within the sociocultural dimension and requires a comprehensive worldview interpretation from science, philosophy, and cultural perspectives. A complete philosophical characterisation of digital transformation should consist of epistemological, axiological, ethical, and anthropological justifications for digitalisation's institutional-organisational and structural-functional aspects.
