Abstract

В даній випускній роботі на тему: “Модернізація багатоопераційного верстата для 3D обробки” зроблено літературний огляд, в якому наведені загальні відомості про багатоопераційний верстат. Проведено аналіз існуючих верстатів та систем для 3D обробки і розрахунок та дослідження передачі гвинт-гайка кочення. Зроблені відповідні розрахунки та графоаналітичний аналіз. У пояснювальній записці приведені опис кінематичної схеми і роботи основних вузлів верстата. Виконаний розділ з охорони праці. Обґрунтування актуальності вирішення питань охорони праці.

In this graduation work on the topic: "Modernization of a multi-operation machine for 3D processing" a literature review is made, which provides general information about the multi-operation machine. An analysis of existing machines and systems for 3D processing and calculation and study of the screw-nut rolling transmission are carried out. The corresponding calculations and graph-analytical analysis are made. The explanatory note provides a description of the kinematic scheme and the operation of the main nodes of the machine. A section on labor protection is completed. Justification of the relevance of solving labor protection issues.
