Модернізація автомату для пакування в'язких продуктів з метою підвищення його універсальності

Abstract

Проведено аналіз вихідних даних, а також основних характеристик продукту, який планувалося пакувати, вибраний вид упаковки, була наведена детальна технічна характеристика машин та механізмів, які необхідно встановити для забезпечення виконання технологічного процесу пакування вершкового масла в полімерні контейнери. Проведені необхідні розрахунки продуктивності автомату, визначення кількості основного і допоміжного обладнання, опис пневматичної схеми машини, опис конструкції та роботи вузлів, розрахунок основних виконавчих механізмів до якого відносяться: розрахунок пружини механізму подачі етикеток, розрахунок вакуум-захвату пристрою видачі упаковок на транспортер.. В експлуатаційній частині розроблений алгоритм монтажу, ремонту і умов експлуатації автомату, розраховано кількість персоналу та матеріальні потоки, наведено розрахунок періодичності поповнення номенклатури запасів матеріалів.

An analysis of the initial data was carried out, as well as the main characteristics of the product that was planned to be packed, the type of packaging was selected, detailed technical characteristics of the machines and mechanisms that must be installed to ensure the technological process of packing butter in polymer containers were given. The necessary calculations of the performance of the machine were carried out, the determination of the number of main and auxiliary equipment, a description of the pneumatic scheme of the machine, a description of the design and operation of the nodes, the calculation of the main executive mechanisms, which include: calculation of the spring of the label feeding mechanism, calculation of the vacuum grip of the device for issuing packages to the conveyor.. In in the operational part, an algorithm for installation, repair and operating conditions of the machine was developed, the number of personnel and material flows were calculated, and the frequency of replenishment of the inventory of materials was calculated.
