Дослідження механізмів верстатів з паралельною кінематикою

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження ефективності використання механізмів паралельної структури в технологічному обладнанні. Для досягнення мети в роботі поставлені і виконані такі задачі: проведено аналіз наявної в літературних джерелах інформації, що стосується об’єкта досліджень, зокрема у сфері патентування; на основі патентно-інформаційних досліджень проведено аналіз відомих схем, конструкцій і елементів МПС, результатів їх розробки, дослідження та експлуатації; виконано оцінку ступеня впливу характеристик механізмів паралельної структури на техніко-економічні показники верстатів, у яких вони застосовуються; розроблено рекомендації щодо створення МПС, які ефективно працюють у певних типах технологічного обладнання. Об'єктом досліджень є закономірності впливу факторів конструктивного та кінематичного характеру на функціональні можливості технологічного обладнання з механізмами паралельної кінематики. Предметом досліджень є механізми паралельної структури, що працюють в технологічному обладнанні.

The purpose of the qualification work is to study the effectiveness of the use of parallel structure mechanisms in technological equipment. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and fulfilled in the work: an analysis of information available in literary sources related to the object of research, in particular in the field of patenting, was carried out; on the basis of patent and information research, an analysis of known schemes, structures and elements of MPS, the results of their development, research and operation was carried out; an assessment of the degree of influence of the characteristics of the mechanisms of the parallel structure on the technical and economic indicators of the machines in which they are used was performed; recommendations have been developed for the creation of MPS that work effectively in certain types of technological equipment. The object of research is the patterns of influence of structural and kinematic factors on the functional capabilities of technological equipment with parallel kinematics mechanisms. The subject of research is the mechanisms of the parallel structure working in technological equipment.
