Modern concepts and theories of state management of the system of social work

Abstract

An analysis of valid theories and conceptual appxoaches of state management was conducted in modem concepts in order to determine positive and negative aspects and their inßuence on society based on various criteria. The purpose of the academic paper is to consider the deflnidon of various management concepts and theories, to analyse the degree of adequacy of applying state governance in the system of social work. The folloxving rnethods were used in the course of the research: analysis, sjmthesis, generalizadon, explanation and qualification of dsttn. The primaiy sources for compxehending the pxesent xesearch are the fundamental concepts of manstgement in the works of such foxeig;i researchers as E. Downey, A. Etziorii, D. Easton, G. Laswell, O. hlorgenstern, G. Simon, C. Lindblorn, J. Afarch, etc. The academic paper proiüdes a generalized description of various schools of governance that have developed over the past centuiy. Several new models-appxoaches to manstgirig social dm•eloprnent have been studied. It has been pxoved that the modern state management of the system of social work is developing as a stnte and public govertiance involviiig civil society based on social partnership. The degree of adequacy of modem theoiies and concepts fox applying in managing the system of social woxk by the stnte is analyzed. The research authox has proposed a transitive theory of state management of the system of social work.
