Анотація
The work includes the design of a production area for mechanical processing of
spline broaches. A complete route technological process has been developed with the
definition of operations that ensure the required accuracy and quality of processing. A
feasibility study of the selected workpiece has been carried out, the type of production and
the organizational form of the section have been determined.
Particular attention has been paid to the calculation of the main and piece-rate
calculation time, as well as the determination of the amount of equipment required to
perform each operation. The broaches design has been analyzed for manufacturability,
and a material with high strength and wear resistance has been selected.
During the work, allowances, tolerances and dimensions of the workpiece have been
determined using dimensional analysis. The choice of cutting modes and equipment has
been justified, and specialized technological equipment has been developed that provides
reliable basing and fixing of the broaches during processing. The proposed solutions are
aimed at increasing accuracy, productivity and facilitating working conditions through the
mechanization of technological processes.
