Abstract

В пояснювальній записці приводяться всі необхідні розрахунки, вона містить всі необхідні розділи і повністю відповідає встановленим вимогам. У загальній частині проекту зроблено аналіз технічних умов, виходячи із службового призначення виробу, заводського технологічного процесу, сучасних досягнень в галузі виготовлення подібних виробів, на основі чого формується задача, яка вирішується в подальших розділах проекту. У технологічній частині проекту проводиться вибір оптимального виду заготовки, встановлюється необхідна кількість переходів для обробки кожної поверхні, визначається оптимальна структура технологічного процесу, який детально розроблюється. Розроблені пристрої для фрезерування площини і свердління двох отворів та для нарізання різі в деталі. Розроблені заходи з охорони праці та безпеки в надзвичайних ситуаціях. Всі прийняті проектні рішення та їх доцільність підтверджено техніко-економічними розрахункамиThe explanatory note provides all the necessary calculations, it contains all the necessary sections and fully meets the established requirements. In the technological part of the project, the optimal type of workpiece is selected, the required number of passes for processing each surface is established, the optimal structure of the technological process is determined, which is developed in detail. Devices for milling a plane and drilling two holes and for cutting threads in parts have been developed. Occupational health and safety measures in emergency situations have been developed. All adopted design solutions and their feasibility have been confirmed by technical and economic calculations.
