Психологічні проблеми спілкування в підлітковому віці.

Abstract

У бакалаврській роботі досліджено психологічні особливості спілкування підлітків та основні труднощі, що виникають у процесі міжособистісної взаємодії. У ході дослідження було проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до проблеми комунікативної компетентності, визначено психологічні чинники, що впливають на формування навичок спілкування у підлітковому віці, а також проведено емпіричне дослідження рівня розвитку комунікативних умінь підлітків.The bachelor’s thesis investigates the psychological characteristics of adolescents’ communication and the main difficulties arising in the process of interpersonal interaction. In the course of the study, theoretical approaches to the problem of communicative competence were analyzed, psychological factors influencing the development of communication skills during adolescence were identified, and an empirical study of the level of adolescents’ communicative skills development was conducted.
