Abstract
В статті показано доцільність використання технологій переробки шламових відходів машинобудівного виробництва на прикладі шліфувальних шламів, що утворюються під час обробки кілець підшипників.
Перероблена сировина отримується у вигляді абразиву та металевого порошку. Обидві складові можуть використовуватися як сировина у подальшому для виробництва матеріалів та виробів. Впровадження переробки шліфувальних шламових відходів покращить екологічну ситуацію і дає можливість отримати
вторинну сировину для виготовлення виробів.
Description
The article shows the feasibility of using technologies for processing sludge waste from machine-building production using the example of grinding sludge generated during the processing of bearing rings.
The processed raw materials are obtained in the form of abrasive and metal powder.
Both components can be used as raw materials in the future for the production of materials and products. The introduction of grinding sludge waste processing will improve the environmental situation and provide an opportunity to obtain secondary raw materials for the manufacture of products.
