Виготовлення деталі корпусу КСВ-48.028 в умовах автоматизованого виробництва

Abstract

У роботі проведено аналіз конструкції корпуса КСВ-48.028 проаналізовано технічні вимоги, які ставляться до цієї деталі, проведено аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі в цілому. На основі проведеного аналізу та оцінки існуючих умов спроектовано технологічний процес виготовлення деталі в умовах автоматизованого виробництва, запропоновано економічно вигідний спосіб одержання заготовки. В ході проектування техпроцесу визначено базові поверхні для кожної операції, визначено припуски на обробку та спроектовано заготовку деталі. Для виконання операцій техпроцесу вибрано різальний та вимірювальний інструмент, обладнання, розраховано режими різання та норми часу. Для виконання обробки деталі спроектоване технологічне оснащення, дільницю для виготовлення деталі, розглянуто питання охорони праці на спроектованій дільниці.The work analyzes the design of the KSV-48.028 housing, analyzes the technical requirements for this part, analyzes the manufacturability of the design of the part as a whole. Based on the analysis and assessment of existing conditions, the technological process for manufacturing the part in automated production conditions is designed, and an economically advantageous method for obtaining the workpiece is proposed. During the design of the process, the base surfaces for each operation are determined, allowances for processing are determined, and the workpiece is designed. To perform the operations of the process, cutting and measuring tools and equipment are selected, cutting modes and time standards are calculated. To perform the processing of the part, technological equipment and a section for manufacturing the part were designed, and the issue of labor protection at the designed section was considered.
