Abstract

Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проектуванню виробничого підрозділу машинобудівного підприємства та розробці технологічного процесу виготовлення корпусних деталей. У роботі розглянуто організаційно-технічні аспекти проектування механічного цеху, визначено його виробничу програму, структуру, склад основного та допоміжного обладнання, а також планування виробничих дільниць. Особливу увагу приділено розробці раціональної технології механічної обробки деталі «Маточина», що є типовим представником корпусних деталей машин. У технологічній частині подано вибір заготовки, базування, розробку маршрутного та операційного технологічних процесів, розрахунок режимів різання, норм часу та техніко-економічних показників виробництва. Проведено аналіз точності обробки та забезпечення якості поверхонь. Також виконано розрахунок фондів робочого часу, потреби в обладнанні, інструменті та оснащенні, проектування компоновки цеху з урахуванням вимог охорони праці, екологічної безпеки та енергозбереження. Результати роботи можуть бути використані при проектуванні або модернізації механічних цехів машинобудівних підприємств, а також при оптимізації технологічних процесів обробки корпусних деталей.Master's qualification work is devoted to the design of a production unit of a machine-building enterprise and the development of a technological process for the manufacture of body parts. The work considers the organizational and technical aspects of the design of a mechanical workshop, determines its production program, structure, composition of the main and auxiliary equipment, as well as the planning of production areas. Special attention is paid to the development of a rational technology for the machining of the part "Hub", which is a typical representative of body parts of machines. The technological part presents the selection of the workpiece, basing, development of routing and operational technological processes, calculation of cutting modes, time standards and technical and economic indicators of production. An analysis of the accuracy of processing and ensuring the quality of surfaces was carried out. Also, the calculation of working time funds, the need for equipment, tools and equipment, the design of the layout of the workshop was performed taking into account the requirements of labor protection, environmental safety and energy saving. The results of the work can be used in the design or modernization of mechanical workshops of machine-building enterprises, as well as in the optimization of technological processes for processing body parts.
